I put in a request for a quote just to see if it would be lower than what I’m paying now. Rachel is the one who called me back, and she was amazing. Even though we ended up not being able to get it lower than what I am paying right now, there’s not one thing I can complain about her. I work customer service over the phone and I know how difficult it can be. She was super nice and very personable and allowed me to feel comfortable giving her more detail into why I was shopping around for different quotes on car insurance.
