Haley rocks!!!!! Im gonna sound like a comercial but here goes...Haley saved me $1000s, literally! We shopped with multiple brokers and every major carrier. We are middle aged adults with no tickets, good credit and we own our home. But what we were finding in rates was ridiculous...with Travelers for 6 years and our rates near tripled. Had hoped When shopping we would find significant savings and unfortunately we didn't I was frustrated and pissed off and heartbroken about it.

Worst service I've ever received.
I was a State Farm customer for over 20 years. Tried to move my coverage to AZ. From September to April, they could not figure out hoe to transfer my service. I was getting billed in both states. Eventually, they cancelled my insurance and I was left without car insurance, had to scramble to get coverage.
Despite my insurance getting cancelled and moving to another insurance agency, they continued to bill me.
Worst insurance agency experience in 29 years.
I sent an Email to cancel my policy that was cancelled already, Mr Redfern states: "you sound lovely!" No apology for the dis-service, inconvenience, and emotional harm!
