Personable, professional, and responsive!

Working with Brandon was such a great experience! My husband and I were first-time homebuyers. We were referred to him through our realtor and he responded to my initial call right away. He easily agreed to meet us face to face, even though we had not committed to working with him, to explain the process of obtaining a mortgage. He is personable, and it is obvious that he is passionate about helping people. He was easy to reach and responded right away, which was important for a couple of anxious newbies. I HIGHLY recommend working with Brandon and hope to continue working with him in the future!

Where do we start? We had our home listed for sale and accepted an offer that was set to close at the beginning of November. We were told a few days before our scheduled closing date that the buyer of our home was not actually approved for financing. By this point we had already packed our home and were in process of moving to a neighboring city. At a loss of what to do, we went straight to our agent Zac who had our house listed.

He went to work immediately on finding another buyer. This is where the story gets better. Zac informed us that he had a potential client interested and he assured us that the financing was good to go because of his trusted lender partner. Brandon, the Loan Officer actually helped us with the purchase of our home so we felt at ease knowing he would handle the transaction this time around.

We stressed the importance of a fast close because of the unfortunate position we were in with a new residence and maintaining our home listed for sale.

Brandon and his team were able to close the transaction in 9 days. We can’t say thank you enough for the help from Brandon and Zac for saving us. Better yet, during the transaction, Brandon personally called us to give us updates to help ease our concerns. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Take it from a seller, Brandon is the guy you want for your buyers!
