I have lived at Brandy Chase for almost a year and have had a great experience! It is a clean and safe community. The pool, playground, and work out room are a bonus. Pet and family friendly.

Safe environment! Good price for the square footage. You can tell Brandy Chase is trying to keep their apartments up-to-date. The apartment is in great condition. Lots of cabinets in the kitchen and tons of closet space. I worked with Carol when I was trying to get an apartment here and she kept in contact with me when one came available. She is nice and easy to work with. I have a grumpy neighbor below me and Brandy Chase hasn’t taken sides and I think has resolved it well. I lived at the Reserve at Dawson’s Creek prior and the utilities were about $300 a month with their 1999 furnace that they refused to fix or replace, but obviously was not efficient. My utilities now half been cut in half and the staff are not rude at all. The landscaping is amazing! They have garages and I use it for extra storage. I had to wait about a month and a half for an apartment to come open, so obviously they are doing something right!

I just moved in a few days ago so everything is still very new but I’m happy overall with my consulting and move-in experience. They even had a cute welcome basket waiting for me in my apartment. Definitely appreciate that!

Alex, especially helped me find the right apartment for me after a 2 bd apartment didn’t work out. I love the amenities and the home-feel of having a fireplace and screened in porch for an apartment. Thanks to Alex and her great communication, I was able to find an apartment I loved and can afford. If you’re looking to live here, I recommend asking for Alex as your leasing consultant! 🙂

I plan on reviewing this complex again when I’m about 6 months into my lease and have a better feel for the community, response to requests, and just plain living in Brandy Chase.

3 years and two apartments. management and maintenance are always nice friendly and fast.
the apartments are simply okay. appliances are outdated. walls are thin and the floors are creaky even when tiptoeing around.

The apartment is wonderful, the room I got is spacious and more than enough for my needs and rent is incredibly affordable. The area is quite nice.

Management is thankfully pretty hands off, however when it comes to taking phone calls, it's incredibly difficult to get an answer back. I rarely am able to get through to Rebecca or Carol. I also wish some of the appliances were more up-to-date, such as the Washer + Dryer, fridge, and sink (no garbage disposal or ice maker, for example).

This is a great spot for someone looking for a great yet affordable place to stay - the only improvement I would recommend is updating the appliances and to have better phone response.

Alexandria has been working with us for months now while in the process of moving here from out of state. They’ve been super understanding of the struggles trying to find a great place to live being hours away. She has definitely went above and beyond to help us out!
Just wanted to post another review, the maintenance team is fantastic. We had a basement leak from our washer on Thanksgiving day and we called the maintenance crew and he came within an hour on Thanksgiving, left his family dinner to get our issue taken care of. Been living here for a few months and still love it!

The maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive. So far, the community has been very quiet and peaceful. I'm very happy with my choice!

Brandy Chase is a wonderful place to live. My roommate and I have lived here for approximately 8 months and have encountered no issues during our stay. The staff is polite, helpful, efficient, and take a general interest in you as an individual. The maintenance is timely and always very accommodating to your needs. The town homes themselves are spacious and up to date. Any problem we see is fixed quickly and with no hassle.
