We’re on our way to pick up keys to our new home right now. Ashley, Kristy, and Courtney all were absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, and responsive through every step! Their in depth expertise in the VA process absolutely made the difference in us getting a home. We just closed on our home yesterday. We would not have been able to do it without the fulcrum homes team. Honestly Kristy and Ashley and the rest of the team were all so incredible to work with. We had tried working with 2 other lenders over 10 months and got absolutely no where because they were not educated on how the VA process worked. Once we started working with Kristy and the rest of the team, they actually knew what to do and how to do it efficiently and from day 1 to close was 32 days! We had a particularly unique situation and they made it happen and were all so incredible. I HIGHLY recommend!

Wow! Ashley and the Brooks Lending team are exceptional! I needed help refinancing my mortgage to transfer the title of my home from co-owners to one owner and Ashley came to the rescue! Not only did she personally help me call my current mortgage company to request a mortgage assumption of my existing 2.5% interest rate in our current 7.5% interest rate market, but she also recommended a bank that would help with a home equity loan for less than she could offer.
