Love this company, I’ve been renting from Evans for the past 5 years. I’ve never had a problem. All the staff there are great, very attentive, and understanding with tenants. They respond quickly and always willing to help in anyway possible especially when it comes to maintenance. I never had to wait more then a day for a response and if maintenance isn’t available right that moment they will communicate and let me know ahead of time. I honestly think that’s why I’m still here cause of how good of a company they are. I highly recommend them. 😊
