Bruce storm real estate is easily the best landlord in all of Bloomington. I’ve rented from them for the last 2 years and will be renting again next year. Always extremely receptive and quick to respond to problems in the apartment. Over my years in Bloomington I’ve heard so many horror stories with other landlords but Bruce storm has done nothing but exceed expectations. Eddie (the maintenance guy) is great and super helpful with even the smallest needs we have. The people at the office are super nice and always willing to lend help when necessary. Would tell any future students if they don’t rent from Bruce storm they are making a mistake. Nothing but good things to say.

Can't say enough great things about Marci Bowlen, Property Manager, at Bruce Storm Real Estate! Our son has rented 3 different apartments in 4 years from Bruce Storm. Marci Bowlen is always super accommodating, responsive to texts and easy to work with! Eddie, who takes care of the maintenance, is also extremely friendly & quick to take care of issues. I lived in a wonderful apartment in Bloomington for four years that I rented from Bruce Storm Real Estate. Marci Bowlen—the property manager—was professional, attentive, responsive, and accommodating. My apartment was well maintained and Marci was quick to fix any problems I had. I would highly recommend renting from Marci and Bruce Storm Real Estate.

Poor customer service. They were always extremely disorganized and acted visibly annoyed whenever approached with a question. Consistently ignored me via phone and email, so I had to physically go to the office to speak with them in person whenever I needed them to respond to me. I would not recommend anyone finds housing through Bruce Storm
