I have made several calls to this company and have yet to get an answer , about Property Manager at Wimbledon Green I thought someone could or should have called me back by now. My last call was yesterday and before that January 1,2025. There are a lot of issues that needed to be addressed about this property.

This company’s property management in Oklahoma for Brandon Place apartments is horrible! The managers are nice but the upkeep of the property is not well kept in the residential halls. I’ve have lived in apartments previously in Texas who have valet trash pick up. The property management required the halls to be cleaned weekly. These apartments are Gross. There is dust and trash everywhere in the halls, liquid spills from residents trash cans spilled everywhere, dead bugs laying all over the sidewalks. I can’t even allow my 2 year old to walk outside it’s so bad. The stairwells are full of food and trash that has fallen out from trash pickup. No one should wear shoes inside their home after walking to get inside their units.

Without question one of the worst property management companies out there. They recently stopped managing a property in Plano Tx and the new management company that has taken over is a breath of fresh air. It’s been less than a month and the new management company has made so many new and improved changes. Things that should have been done a long time ago. I would never recommend BSR Management to anyone.

I am a vendor for a BSR property in Kyle, TX and I have been blown away at their ability to run a property. Every single person is so kind, they are all extremely organized, the maintenance team is a 10/10 and their communication is top notch! I have thoroughly enjoyed servicing BSR!! Sorry that I have give a low star. But No one will call me back or E-maill me back. Mr. Michael Cirillo, said to give him 24 hr. And it has been 4 day. No kind of contact. Then to make matters worse when we went down to the mane office. They would not even let us in to talk. We had to talk through a speaker and the door..... Am very disappointed with this Company. Very rude! Could someone that really want to help me and hear my problem...

My Special Thanks goes Management Mr Spencer. I had an issue about a refund, he followed up with me personally. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I also received an apology for how I was treated in this process. The apology ment way to me then the money. Respect goes a long way and received that in the end.
