Jordan Pugh has been helping me with my insurance needs for years now. Jordan apologizes when it takes him couple of hours to answer an e-mail which to me is sort of funny since just getting an e-mail answered nowadays is a miracle:) He is always courteous and very prompt with his correspondence.

Fortunately I never had a claim "knock on wood" I am certain that Jordan would do everything he could to make me as a customer happy if I ever happen to have a claim.
