I have been at this facility a few times and I would have to say that the store has the best person n place. Josh Lio is dedicated to his job and wants repeat business. You have to treat each and every customer with respect if you want that kind of response from contractors and the general public. Well done.

Terrible experience, tried calling all day Monday, no answer, so I called the McKees Rocks location, the receptionist picked up on the first ring. When asked if they would fill a propane tank that wasn't owned by Butler Gas, they confirmed they would all long as the inspection was good. So I took my bottle to the New Brighton location and they turned me away, which wasn't the first time. Do not recommend doing business with this company.

Tried to get 2 tanks filled. One clearly marked Butler gas. One marked from another competitor. I don't really understand why these tanks can't be filled.
Not really clearly explained. I own the tanks. I didn't want to exchange them. They are inspected. Took them somewhere else. No problems. ?

Great customer service. Sold me what I needed even when the power was out and prices not available. Called around for something they didn't have in stock. I live next door to Praxair in Monaca and will drive here for stuff now, customer service is good and prices are reasonable. Doesn't mislead me on prices like the guy at Praxair

I'm not sure how they are handling their chemicals, but they end up polluting the air in the neighboring homes and causing carbon monoxide detectors to go off.
