Hello there, this is a glowing review for Byron Galindo and Whitney Berry at Statefarm in Santa Monica! A few months ago, my son Eric had his car stolen and it was a very stressful situation. Both Whitney and Byron walked me through all the steps in a professional and compassionate manner. They arranged the rental car, repairs and all the details under very extremely stressful situation. Shortly after the event, luckily the police caught the bad actor culprit that stole my son’s car and the car was repaired in a great dealership at Knoepsler! I have been a customer for many years and I will continue to do so- a huge thank you to Whitney and Byron for going the extra mile!

Phones are always busy and have to email.

Recently needed help getting payment submitted for a policy that wouldn’t show on my app or online. Two days after authorizing the payment I didn’t receive any sort of confirmation, emailed my agent (phones busy again) and got an auto-reply back saying he was on vacation.

If I didn’t call another office I would have lost my insurance. Other office picked up immediately and got it all taken care of, and I’m transferring my policy there.

Dominique and Whitney were wonderful to work with and provided great customer service. Give them a call if you need any insurance. The whole entire office is very informative and very professional.

I've been a customer at Byron's office for a number of years and love being with this team. Dominique was the person who wrote all 10 of our policies and is always there any time of day and goes out of her way to make sure we're good. She really cares about us as people. Whiteny is also brilliant with a loveable personality. The two make a wonderful duo.
