A year ago I contacted Charles and asked him what I needed to do to get into a home. He took the time to review my husband's and my financials, credit and etc. and instructed us on everything we needed to complete. Here we are, one year later, unpacking in our dream home! Charles and his team made my husband and I feel like priority number one. We are first time home buyers so a lot of the legal jargon and standard negotiations go straight over our heads. Charles took the time to explain absolutely everything to us and even made sure to strategize on getting us things we didn't even think of! He answered every text, every call and every email I ever sent. Our home purchase was a little unique, in my opinion. The seller's agent was a little difficult to work with. She kept making stupid mistakes, not reading everything completely or even forgetting discussion we all had. Charles took charge and made sure that the stress was completely off of us. His negotiation skills, real estate knowledge and professionalism really shined through for us. He even got us a brand new roof for our home at little cost to us! I mean that is amazing! We've been in our home for a little over a week now and Charles is still checking in with us to make sure the work that was needed on our home was completed, make sure we have everything we need and even just to make sure we're happy. I haven't heard of other agents following through well after the sale was complete. It just shows how much Charles truly cares about his clients.
