Impossible to get a hold of. I had a scheduled viewing for a home and the kid never showed up. Multiple voicemails left and no response. Emailed and also no response. The absolute worst experience in dealing with a property manager. This must be Martin Picazo’s first job ever because he has absolutely no idea what he is doing.

We have been mostly happy with Cal West's management of our property over the many years we have had them as our property managers. They do a good job of taking care of the repair issues reported by our renters. Our main issue with Cal West is that we are not sure they preform periodic inspections of the property in order to ascertain anything that is in need of or will soon need maintenance.

Cal West has managed my 3-plex for around 6 years. They have been responsive to my needs and those of my tenants. I don't ask too much of them and I do some of the maintenance myself, but when I need it their maintenance vendors are reliable and skilled which assures me that my tenants will be well supported in all circumstances.

during my my first year of engagement all went well. Robert and his team handled several home repair issues and I was only alerted to the issues once the monthly statement arrived. His delivered as advertised. It is an unnerving transition to hand over the reigns to a third party if you have been your own property manager for years. I can endorse Robert and his team as they have delivered on all counts and you can rest assured they have the resources and talent to take care of your property

They were abusive and unresponsive to me as a tenant. While I was on the property, I wrote them emails about property issues such as landscaping maintenance, pest control and other issues, and they completely ignored them, not even an email response back. They also altered the leave date, and I haven't heard from them about my deposit.
Below you have a picture of the state of my backyard, even though it was in the contract that they should do backyard maintenance every month. These people were a massive pain to deal with. I would recommend not to rent from them.
