Absolute trash service. Place smelled like pee. Claimed my bank account was not a real bank account. How is my bank account not a real bank account if as a routing number an account number and a physical location? Just because there's not one in California does not mean it's not a real bank account. Recommend finding a better place to do business. That's why this place can't keep staff and can't keep customers. I used to use this check cashing place years ago when it was actually good service. They have gone completely downhill. Freaking loan sharks.

Dominique helped me out quick and is a professional at her job. She was able to fix an issue that was made by someone else and she was able to get my refund with ease and I Will be coming back for more transactions with her. Best customer service I’ve experienced.

First time in and I was helped by a lady named D? I asked how much it would cost to cash my check and she said she wouldn’t know until I set up a profile. We set everything up and after 20 mins she hands me my receipt and it shows a 10% charge. I no longer wanted to cash my check as that was more than I was willing to pay and she said she couldn’t undo the transaction? I would never had gone forward with the cashing of the check if I knew they would take over $200. I’m so sad and I feel scammed. It would have taken two minutes to tell me how much it cost and now I’m out of money for a bill that was due.

Last month my niece and I were in a tight bond. The story is long and a bit complicated but the truth is it got resolved, cashed and cost to do it was completely fair. This check cashing place has been around for decades. What makes a business is not always the services provided it is the person who services you. I would wait an hour to cash my check if I needed to. End result it would done. I hope naming this person doesn’t cause anxiety rather I would like to recognize her and give her the kudos she deserves. Dominique. YTB
