I cannot tell you how blessed I am to have rented from this property management for 8 years. Every time I called, they handled whatever I needed swiftly and professionally. They were kind and courteous with every interaction. They saved puzzles for my children. They were fair with pricing and gave me back so much more of a deposit than I expected. Having 3 boys and being in our apartment for 8 years, you can imagine the wear and tear, and even damage that happens, but they took all of that into consideration and were more than generous with my return. On paper, back when I applied, I wasn't the best choice for a tenant, but they gave me a chance and allowed me to pay a larger deposit to get started, and I was able to build an outstanding rental history with them. Hands down they are the most amazing people. Honest, good, genuine folks and I am blessed to have known them and rented with them!

CPM is truly an outstanding property manager. The transactions were thorough, but felt relaxed and friendly. I was patiently accompanied for tours of several places, and given thoughtful recommendations. During my residency, on two different occasions, they responded to minor maintenance requests the same day. And when I moved out they took extra care to make sure that things went smoothly, from forwarding mail to a seamless utility transfer. I wouldn't need to consider any other company to find proper housing. They're doing things right.

We are currently renting an apartment through CPM and at first I loved them, Tad is really nice and helpful. However the office girls are scatter brained and loose everything. Our 6 month lease isn't even up for a week or so, we dog sat a dog for 2 weeks and they found out keep in mind 3 other tenants actually OWN dogs and at least 10 Apts have cats. We were not asked about the dog, nor served the legal way with a 3 day fix it or quit we were served a 30day notice with no reason. When we asked they said because of the dog. But if we pay them some money they won't evict us. They do not follow tenant laws. They are very quick to fix problems or damages. If you plan to rent from them know the laws, and have a copy on hand.

I tried to get a apartment threw them for my husband baby and myself the guy is a real jerk and they denied me because of a 1700 dollar debt in collections from 2014 which i told him i was working with then and trying to get that settled. I had amazing reffrences work and another apt which stated to them we were NEVER late on rent. Then they made up some stupid excuse about about how every place is gonna deny me cause that. I got a diffrent apt with that and more on my credit i just bout a car i approved for a credit card. They are stupid and if your not perfect they deny you. Also i have a ESA which they are aginst the law aloud to deny bassed off of and i feel they made this stupid excuse because my animal.

I will say that they are very kind people. However. There is a severe lack of direct communication - at least when our application was denied, and seemed incompetent in processing our applications.

Our process was drawn out and I don't believe our employers or current landlord were ever contacted. All in all, a complete headache.

I had a great experience renting from them. Had to get a new AC unit, it got fixed. They are reasonable for sure!

Go up
