I called Callistus Smith to see if I could get a new quote on my auto insurance that I have had for several years. I was hoping to save a little bit of money, but Sara Piper was able to find me a very similar, if not better, coverage policy with a different insurance carrier at a way better price. This new policy she found for me is going to save me a several hundred dollars a year! I cannot thank her enough. Highly recommend!

We moved our policies to the Callistus Smith Agency after being with State Farm for 9 years. Gina did a thorough review of our polices, identified gaps, and gave great recommendations. We were able to improve our coverages with lower premiums. The agency's affiliation with Auto Owners Insurance is a huge plus. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and service-oriented. Ashley Watkins is phenomenal to work with! She's always responsive and provides the information I need in a quick turnaround time. When Rita Boehm was retiring, I was worried, but Ashley's service has been such that we haven't skipped a beat. Everyone I deal with at Callistus Smith has been nothing but great and they keep me loyal to the agency. And believe me, I've been solicited many times. Keep up the great work!

Callistus Smith Agency has been my business Insurer for 3 years. I was first introduced to them by several referrals. Our business was new and Insurance is not my area of expertise. I soon found out that I was in very capable and professional hands with , as I refer to them as My Family. They educated me and walked me through all areas of business insurance and pitfalls to avoid. I never waited to get a response form their office ,and believe me they are patient.I was just learning what I needed to launch into business. I could not have done it without their help.
