If I could give ZERO stars I would. Every time I speak with Calvin it seems as if his health is declining. He forgets any and everything. His office is always a MESS! He promises to call back but never does. I’ve waisted so much time going to his office and he isn’t there. Customer personal information are just laid out in the open on his desk for others to see! When I first started doing business with Calvin years ago he was on top of things! Now, I have to call every other day with questions making sure my policy hasn’t changed. Be careful with purchasing insurance, your car might not be covered until he’s good and ready to properly do the paperwork! He’s money hungry and will do anything for a piece of business. Be CAREFUL guys.

Spoke with Calvin again, claims it’s not their office fault. Can’t see how it isn’t, since my refund could have been sent and released when my car was stolen. Now I have to wait 30 more days to get money that I paid ahead of time 🤦🏽‍♀️

Calvin just called me back to justify why I haven’t received my money back. Guess what? He hung up on me in my face talking about he had another call🤦🏽‍♀️

I’ve been with this company for 15 years and
My car was stolen in December and I had paid for 6 months in advance. It is July and I still haven’t received my refund from them yet. Supposedly the check was sent out in April then again in June but it hasn’t hit my account yet. Sheila is of no help in this situation and they seem to be short handed. When DJ was there he made customers happy and got things done for us.🤦🏽‍♀️ At this rate I wouldn’t suggest this business to anyone, while they holding my money hostage!! Don’t patronize this company period!!!

Calvin and DJ are great to work with. They made the whole process of obtaining renters and auto insurance convenient and easy. Calvin was very friendly and welcoming, telling us about the neighborhood since we are new to the area, and DJ answered all of our questions regarding pet insurance.
