Over all the bank is good but if you have to dispute a charge on your account well good luck , it's a third party company that handles disputes . Some place over seas they can't speak English hardly and the only answer you get from them is we'll give you a call back in 30 days, the customer service person on the phone straight out said , this is what my computer is telling me to tell you for an answer to your question. So again bank at your own risk I guess , or if you get ripped off I guess just take the loss on the money . Seems like that's how they operate. No matter how small or how big the charge amount is last I knew fraud is fraud / theft is theft . (Good luck)

The ladies at the Sheridan Branch are awesome!! They have gone above and beyond unlike most banks. They are super knowledgeable and are very kind. They are quick to correct errors and recognize those errors. I am very impressed with how they work together to help a member especially with difficult issues. They work very hard and are a wonderful company to deal with. I will be a lifetime member.

PS—On a more personal note, the review from SC is BS. These ladies are wonderful and are great to work with. If you are looking for a good credit union, please give them a call.

Devon and Jodee are the most Officiant and helpful ladies i have ever had the pleasure of working with about loans, so nice and QUICK . I mean they brought my stress from a 1000000 to a 0 . Please give them a raise or a paid vacation . So thankful we were directed to them they are awesome !

I cannot rely on this bank.Customer service is great but when they can't be open because of the weather!Yes one day was bad but schools and banks and other businesses were open.We live in Wyoming,buckle up and get used to it.I have money sitting in deposit,getting fees added to my bills.I guess it's time to find another bank that is open when it's snows!
