During a recent visit to Los Angeles, I stopped by the Capital One Café out of curiosity, already being a Capital One customer. There, I had the pleasure of meeting Israel, who not only gave a great explanation of the benefits Capital One offers but also kindly gifted us a free coffee. His welcoming attitude and thorough knowledge truly enhanced the experience.

We live in San Diego, and Israel even recommended the Capital One Café near us, which we’ll definitely check out. This simple act of kindness and professionalism has made me even more loyal to Capital One, not just for their banking services but also for their Cafés. A big thank you to Israel and the team for going above and beyond!

LOVED the lavender iced latte with almond milk! And the beautiful oasis, restful respite spot in the middle of this busy city. Thanks to the lady at Walgreens that pointed us your way! We were able to recharge nicely and be ready for the rest of the day! Yay!

I visited the cafe on November 3rd, ordered a coffee, and used a private nook room. While I appreciate the service and discounts, I would like to offer some feedback for improvement. I also want to compliment the cafe staff member who helped me with my coffee order; she was very friendly and nice.

I was sitting comfortably on the couch with my legs stretched out, making sure my shoes weren’t touching the couch. However, one of staff opened my room door without knocking and she asked me to sit upright. I booked the room for a more private, comfortable experience, which is why I didn’t want to sit in the main area. Being approached without notice was uncomfortable.

After leaving the room, another clerk also stared at me, which added to the discomfort. I hope this feedback can help improve the approach to customer comfort in the future.

Stranger approaches me at cafe..luckily she works here her name is Priscilla, she was very informative and helpful shared some benifits and quick lesson on how to more effectively use my app. It was my first visit to the Cafe as I usually do all my banking online. But I needed the convenience of the ATM. Treated myself to a healthy snack. Ordered the avacado toast it was very tasty but awfully small, like child size, maybe use bigger bread or two slices.(😁) overall other than parking I would be here often. The trams energy was very good.

I am the member of capital one and I usually enjoy to drink coffee here. But when I visit today, I use the slipper and then after I enjoy my coffee drink, then a lady came to me and said that I cannot take out my feet from my sandal even though I did not do anything inappropriate, even I am not remember if I did that. It is quite disturbing for me. The rest of the service especially in the drink and coffee service is excellent. I think it will be good if they make the rule which one is appropriate or not so we are as member or visitor will know how to behave.

My first time here at the capital one cafe and it was an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to have Pricilla help me. She really advocated for me to service my account. Amazing energy and so helpful. I will always come back to her.

This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible—representatives seem untrained and just agree with whatever you say to end the call without actually helping. On top of that, they keep charging me false interest fees, and getting them corrected is a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable service or transparency. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

I came in today to remove my refund. The large amount and the process were really easy. The ambassadors were really helpful in getting the whole thing done. I was treated with care and respect because my foot was broken. I had amazing coffee from the batistas. I mean, their coffee is made better than starbucks. The vanilla ice coffee is out of this world. They really help you to maximize your day. The atmosphere is really welcoming not too bright and the seating is really comfortable. I felt relaxed and not what are you doing in here. You can go to the booth to count large amounts of cash if you also need to do that as well. Thank you everyone at Capital One Café
Came back again 3/18/2024 Novan came out when i was at the ATM and he. Helped us out so fas. I was going to ask about using a room to count my withdrawal and envelopes. He quickly helped me and gave me envelopes. I came at 9:30 am great customer service worth the the travel
