Cappy and his team are phenomenal. He has been my broker three times. First time was when I moved to Arizona. Second time was during Covid. He assisted to refinance and take advantage of a rate reduction to lower my monthly payments. Now I moved out of state and just settled into my new home. I was so pleased to learn Cappy was also licensed in California.
On each occasion he was there for me each step of the way. He promptly answered any question I had and I never felt he was being bothered. He and his Team are professional, courteous, transparent and respectful. He gave me advice to keep me within budget so he really cared and always had my back.
I would definitely recommend Cappy. He’s the best! ?
