We recently worked with Nina to purchase our house and she and her team were an absolute Godsend! Having just moved to Arizona with a baby on the way, Nina understood the importance of helping us move along and work fast in order to get our dream home, all in time before the arrival of our baby. She also helped us navigate through differences between state laws/policies, which were new to us.
Aside from being a wealth of information, she was also so fun, caring and personable, making the whole process extremely pleasant and relaxing (about as relaxing as these situations can be with pregnancy hormones). Not only did we find a guide and ally to help us navigate the loan process, we also found a local friend, whom I couldn't recommend more, over and over again. Sam in incredible--we worked together for almost two years until I found the home that was absolutely perfect for me and my daughter. Throughout the process, he prioritized our needs, was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to get us into a lower rate when he didn't have to. I could imagine a number of other brokers who would not have done that, but he has a lot of integrity and I trust him implicitly (he has also worked with a number of other friends and acquaintances who have had the same experience buying and selling multiple homes.) Almost a year into our first home, Sam still answers every question I have about taxes, never gets annoyed when I have to ask the same q over and over again--he is truly the best, and I recommend him to every single person that I can, and I don't make recommendations easily--he is top tier and you should absolutely work with him!
