Jonathan Casaus did an awesome job of helping me through the lending approval process. It seemed that the lender had a lot of questions that needed Jonathan to dig in and help me to pay the least amount possible to be able to qualify for the loan. At one point the lender said I needed to pay for flood insurance and Jonathan got the map of where the flood insurance was required and he found out that my house won’t be in the flood zone when the vote is finalized in October. So instead of me ultimately paying the $1907 for the year I will be able to drop the flood insurance required payment in October when the change gets approved.

It is Jonathan’s going above and beyond that made him such a good person to deal with. He was very attentive to his calls and e-mails. Jonathan would always get back to me even if it was past office hours.
