I called twice, and both times someone picked up but didn’t say anything. I could hear them talking and laughing in the background, but no one responded or even said hello. This is awful service, and whoever is working should be fired because they’re making the company look like a joke. If I could, I’d give a 0, but the lowest score is a 1.

I have been trying to figure out how to get some financial help. I had to call this store for help with the online portal. Brionna was the customer service representative that answered my call, she was so pleasant. Very sincere and calming. She reassured me that she is going to everything she could to help me. And I was very happy to have gotten her on the phone. She did an amazing job with her compassion. She needs a raise.

The young lady that was there for me was very nice. She was very informative. I had no idea that I could get a loan without using my car title. She explained the app to me very thoroughly. I think her name was Natalie or Nicole. All I know is she was very nice. I will refer people to that particular store because of attention I received. Thank you.

Super busy in the morning after a family emergency and had an application half way filled out - decided I'd just go in after my meeting and try and squeeze it into my day.

Selena called noticing I hadn't finished and offered help, when she realized I was a little far away in Phoenix, she offered me the closest location to me then offered me to take care of it over the phone!

Less than 30 minutes later I have cash in my account! This literally is an industry where you can be treated very poorly and Selena not only made it simple and easy, her customer service and even tone was outstanding! Definitely will be using them for any future needs!!

I would give it no star's if I could the younger guy I had help me doesn't know his job. They wouldn't give me a loan on my truck that is paid off because I don't have it registered in Arizona yet doesn't make any. Sense to me
