I was a commercial tenant of CD II Properties. They didn’t honor their lease. The owner is a bully who entered my store without permission resulting in a warrant for his arrest. When asked to cut the hedges so people could use the only handicap parking, they blocked it off instead. Do yourself a favor and not rent from them, either residential or commercial.

Michelle is Amazing she got me approved and in my apartment within 48 hours and I love it. The maintenance man was awesome, fast, and accurate on any issues I expressed. Love and am so blessed to rent from this place with these kind souls.

They failed to refund the full amount of my deposit and did not explain why. They had no receipts of why they did or whom they paid, or proof of why money was taken from my deposit. My apartment was “one of the cleanest” that Karen has ever seen upon move out. They failed to communicate with me about refunding my money and did not make any effort to reach out to me or make sure that I was happy with their services.
Very poor business ethics and failed to make customers happy. They only gave me a partial amount of my deposit back after two plus months of me contacting them numerous times about my money.

I have been at this property for almost two years, and have never once had an issue with the office or maintenance! They are always super nice and willing to help in anyway possible! When I first was applying to get my apartment they made the process super easy, and explained everything to me when I had any type of question! Would highly recommend applying and looking at what they have to offer!!

I wouldn’t even give a 1 but I had to. They went up on the rent knowing I’m on a fixed income in Sept 200$ more. So the apartment I had that they NEVER fixed anything in went from 895 to 1095. Keep Kim mind outdated appliances, carpet was horrible, blinds barely worked, water leak which made my water bill every month 70+… no tacking between care pet and linoleum so you step on tacks if your not paying attention, when I moved it it was nasty… rotten food in fridge and carpet was horrible, needed painting etc, etc..all documented yes they knew it’s all been told to them. Also faulty wiring which is a huge fire hazard. My biggest complaint is they wouldn’t put up safe handrails for me and there is more people there now my friends looking to move. The stairs were built too steep and there aren’t safe rails to hold onto. They also sent me a certified letter my rent was going up another 100 march 1 and I’m in a year lease. Don’t rent from these folks. Yards have trash no playgrounds or pool. Not family friendly or actually nobody friendly. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money with these people.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we had a problem in our unit with a valve that broke under our vanity when we placed some items under there for storage. We called CD Properties maintenance after hours and the maintenance man on call came right out and cut off the water so the problem didn’t get any worse. The next day Chad, the owner of the property, hired a professional to come out and extract the water out of the carpet and sprayed with anti-bacterial chemical and set up a commercial dehumidifier to help bring the humidity down below 40% in order to dry out the remaining water. Not only did Chad call someone but he also came out to the property to watch the carpet guy to make sure he knew what steps were being took to get the water out. Chad checked on us the following week to make sure everything was in great order. We have never had someone take care of us as renters like Chad has in this situation.

I had a wonderful experience and the staff went above and beyond to assist me anytime I had an issue. The owner even came out to look at my ac unit and got it fixed. I got my security deposit back when i moved out. I can't say enough that this is a great place to rent from.

Liking my new apartment the people at CD properties are nice and helpful. Maintenance is also nice and quick to fix what is needed. I like that the first 30 days maintenance is free.
