Bad customer service. Member services is run by a third party operators that take your information and promise a call back from the credit union and the call is never made. After 10 calls and leaving countless messages I have yet to receive a call back.

Setting up payment on my car note I was given the option to pay monthly or twice a month. What they didn't disclose is the late fee they tacked on.
