Just some entity that sits in Mishawaka to collect your rent. They still expect everyone to use snail mail. I’ve lived on there property in Elkhart for 4 years now and have had my rent lost in the mail 3 times now. And when it’s late because of this, you HAVE to cancel your check, get a money order for more than the rent is, and pay through snail mail AGAIN. For it being lost and it wasn’t even your fault. Why don’t we get in the 21st century here and incorporate some type of online portal where residents can pay directly to your fat bank accounts and nothing has to go through the mail. Makes perfect sense to any other money collecting company. Idk what this company is waiting for.

My experience here has been good. I am low maintenance, so this apt. Suits me fine and have been here over 15 years. Location of Apts. Is great. You are on bus line and within walking distance to get anything you need.
Problem is, they can't seem to keep maintenance workers, I turned in problem ,which has been an on going problem for a year, for my daughter, who also lives in her own townhouse, so hoping that they will get if fixed.
Actually lack of maintenance, is really only issue I have, so I love it here!

U have a 2.3 rating .. 🤣 u denied me at properties Eastgate lakeside apts and 100 center and cause credit score 565..but I never was convicted or have judge ments against me ..but ur units are rundown and not remodeled units ..u need send me my 25$ back and know this ...if u get 2.3 rating here means u don't manage ur places good
