Sharon is amazing! We have been in one of her rentals for a year now. I’m ever so grateful that she accepted us in a tight rental market, and she has been super attentive on the couple occasions we needed her. Happy to have her as our property manager!

We rented an older home in Carmel for a year while we searched for a home to buy. Sharon was very responsive to numerous problems with the home that developed over the course of the year (sewer backup, condensing heater leak, refrigerator problems, electrical concerns). She listened, responded right away and followed up to insure the problems were addressed right away.

Sharon is a good communicator who always treated us with friendliness, respect, consideration and fairness. The few times we did not reach her directly, she called us right back. She was flexible and pragmatic. What more could I ask of a property manager?

Bad experience. Overpaid our deposit and they told us we would be refunded after our rental contract was completed. I called them several times and was met with voicemails and no call back. I contacted the manager and he told me he would look into the matter and get back with me. That was 3 weeks ago and so far nothing. It has been almost a year since our rental agreement was completed. Not a good way to treat customers (specially if they are looking to retain a clientele).

Very disappointed in the fact that their application and website state clearly that they Do not do 1st come 1st serve with applications. But that is how they did it when we applied for a property recently. Didn't even bother to look at our application to see if we qualified or take the fee. Didn't seem right and we felt like we wasted our time and efforts. Considering how hard it is to find a reasonable price in the area it was a bummer. We just weren't fast enough eventhough we were the second to turn in the application. You should consider changing your website and application to state that in fact you do take 1st come who qualify. Thought we had a chance. Do better for the locals who have lived here 20 years and deserve at least a look over.
