We cleaned the duplex my wife and I were renting for 2 years and left everything clean. We have pictures of when the flooring was already teared and mistreated and I put that in the list of problems they give you when you first move in. Management never came to fix anything on the list, the messed up outlets or the laminated flooring and more. Thought we would get atleast most of our deposit but this management takes advantage of your security deposit. Get this they used my money to buy new laminated flooring and baseboards! Why baseboards they were fine no problem with those at all! The only tear I did was were my washer went but keep in mind I lived there for 2 + years almost 3 and the flooring was super cheap when I first moved in. AFTER CONSTANT WASHING FOR THAT LONG WITH CHEAP FLOORING I MEAN WHAT DID THEY EXPECT. Wasnt meant to last long in the first place, plus the kitchen flooring had a huge tear already which management didn't replace and knew about. Unbelievable that this is legal or probably isnt idk. We pay rent on time always and they still just use my money to repair any little thing. Burnt out light bulbs 49 dollars come on. Dollar tree has them for a dollar. Beware guys honest review here and know your rights! These people will and have taken advantage of us. Won't be renting from them ever again. On the receipt they don't even say the hours that the services were worked. Just pricing and no list of each receipt for the flooring or the baseboards or the curtains that they replaced or the light bulbls. I can go on! Don't expect your deposit back from these guys sincerely a tenant that rented there. Office people are okay there is one that is rude but I won't say her name.

Rented an apartment for 6 months and cleaned the carpet and the whole apartment before giving it back and they still deducted money from my deposit for “fresh air”! What the hell does this mean!!. Don’t expect them to give you the deposit back they’re just money hungry, they will make up something to take your deposit. Don’t deal with them unless you don’t want your deposit back!

Shauna and her team were great during our rental. When we had an issue, it was fixed right away. They were fair with the deposit return and gave it promptly. I’ll miss our home we rented through CVPM, great experience!

My seven-year-old son and I went into the office last week for an application for a rental we are interested in. The staff in the office greeted us fairly quickly. We got our applications and return the next day to turn them in. Again we were greeted fairly quickly. The receptionist went over our applications and while looking everything over they both engaged with my son and we're very friendly. Everything went really smooth and they were really nice.

Zero stars! Please do not waste your money or time on these people. I rented a home through them for over a year. From day one, i knew there was going to be problems with them. When we first moved in we did a check list of what needs repairs and they never fixed anything. We gave up on calling them after 2 months of living at the home. A year after our lease was up, they raised the rent $100more. That's not it, it gets worse! We gave them our 30 day notice, and did a 2 week walk through inspection because we wanted to make sure we did everything so that we could get our deposit back, so we did, which was to get carpet cleaning and change air filter,easy. We turned in the professional carpet cleaning receipt to them with Keys. DO NOT expect to get your deposit back.They charged us for carpet cleaning, even though we gave them proof of invoice for professional carpet cleaning. House cleaning was also deducted and so was the air filter and other ridiculous stuff that was deducted for no reason! They took advantage of us, so please dont go through this mess, rent somewhere else.

I have been renting with central Valley property for almost 3 years now. They are great. Everyone in the office is very courteous and polite. The few maintenance issues I have had with there rentals they were quick to get someone out to repair the issue. They can take a little longer than other property management's to respond to your application. But that is because there background checks are very thorough. And the best thing is if you take care of the property they are very honest with giving you your deposit back. I got back 100% of my deposit on my first rental with them. I would definitely recommend cvpm if you are looking to rent a home

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I told them months ago that there was mold IN THE WALLS of my bathroom. Did not come and fix the issue, yet had the “property manager” come inspect right before i moved out when i was NOT home, and said that there is no mold? I have lived there for a year and i know what mold looks like. Lady who answers phones is rude and doesnt accomidate their tenats. I do not expect to get my deposit money back, as they seem to keep everyones deposits without rhyme or reason
