I was referred to this company by a realtor as i was closing on a home in acworth.

i came in contact with Blakely Seay, from the being she sent me positive texts that i would definitely be able to close on July 1st.
after the first few a days she had little to no communication with me until the afternoon before closing on the property.

she asked for a 8 day extension in which she still had little to no communication with me so i decided to contact another lender who was able to close but after the 8 day extension we had requested to the seller. it was literally 2 days later after the 8 day extension.

she gave me excuses about conventional loans then 100 mile fha rule then more money for down payment then lastly about my credit score in which she waited , withheld all this info until the day before our closing date.

i lost 10k in earnest money under her and she "team" due to her negligence in telling me what was going on in which i think it was just made up info due to another lender approving me and ready to close 2 days after the 8 day extension .

Underwriting approved my loan with Dream mortgage and had no problems approving it .
But due to Blakely lack of honesty and communication the seller would not grant us those 2 extra days for the New lender to finish up the appraisal.

so now iam out of 10k of earnest money and 550 of the appraisal that was completed with her.

After further researching with Better Business Bureau after the nightmare i experienced and continuing to deal with the nightmare , i found similar situations to mines. so i am not the only one this was done to.
