Champion Asset Management is a company run by a husband and wife couple who scam their customers by moving them in to homes that do not live up to conditions. In my particular case, they were slow and often times unresponsive to any repairs that needed to be made in the home I moved my family into under lease with this company. Upon move in we were made aware of the roof needing repair as there was a hole in it. This was bad business because we had already paid a deposit which I will explain later was absorbed due to some trumped up miscellaneous, fraudulent charges added to my account and my credit score. Months after move in we discovered that this house was infested with rodents, including rats (which we paid to have exterminated) the property had gaps (holes in the foundation and doors which greatly effected the cost of energy and allowed insects from the exterior to enter the home. This company did not respond to any of the necessary repairs even after being advised that these things had an adverse affect on my son's health. Champion Asset Management's CFO Chris has had a terrible reputation with his maintenance contractors and they have on separate occasions expressed to myself and my wife their distaste working with him and thus their work displayed it (sometimes). This company has also as earlier mentioned placed trumped up and fraudulent charges on my credit charging for things (services) that do not appear on the list and hoping these things will stick. While practicing unethical business they have engaged in a transaction with another company who has also stuck this negative material to my credit report which has affected the options we have to live where we desired to live. This company has made no attempts to contact me at all.

One of the best people out there. Christopher Nugent made a way out of no way for me. Will make sure you are satisfied before signing the lease and also come/call and check on you throughout your lease term and make sure everything is still good. Wouldn’t mind recommending him to anyone very reasonable and understand.

The most unprofessional company you will ever deal with. The wife is rude and can not conduct business as a professional. She popped up at our house and said some of the rudest things. The husband is okay but loves to cut corners and find the cheapest way to half way fix stuff. Overall make this your last option. They are very sneaky and will tell lies to make them sound good.
