I purchased a house back in May 2024 and used Saxon. He was VERY eager to find me a new home for my Family. I explained what I needed and within a week found our forever home. Saxon went above and beyond with negotiations and finding out information. We closed very quickly with no hiccups.
Due to such a great outcome with the purchase, we used him again and Champion Realty to sell our prior house. Considering the terrible town it was located and the poverty of Kimball, we didn’t expect to sell. However, it sold FAST!
I highly recommend using Champion, and definitely Saxon.

We used Champion Realty (Amy Newman specifically) and had the best experience purchasing our new home! I would highly recommend Amy! She was knowledgeable, listened to our needs and incredibly friendly! We are also new to the area and she gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I am so happy we used Champion Reality. I was so pleased with our experience and Amy played a large part of that. If you are looking for someone Amy Newman is the gal to go to!

We recently moved from Nebraska, and we used Champion Realty to sell our house ( remember that, WE used THEM to SELL our house, because they apparently, didn't remember that.) From this experience, I would recommend NOT using Champion Realty. First, we had a realtor we planned on working with, but then, without warning they switched on us, which was frustrating. Then this new realtor literally refused to do anything unless we bombarded her with calls. We posted signs, and put an ad in the paper, even though that should have been her job. She actually did more work for the buyers than she did for us. When people did eventually come see the house she pointed out all the bad things about it. In fact, even after we had closed on the house and signed all the paperwork, she called and tried to convince us it was our job to fix the AC for the new owners (which it was not because we no longer owned the house). While we going through the process of closing on the house, we started hearing similar horror stories from other people who have used Champion Realty. I have encouraged them to post their stories online as well, so everyone can get a clear picture of what this Realty company is like. All in All, it was probably not the worst experience ever. But working with this company was very frustrating, and she lost us more money than she saved us. I would recommend NOT USING Champion Realty at all but definitely not for SELLING a house.

I enjoyed working with Tara, she was professional, and went beyond the call of duty to help us. She is very knowledgeable and she made sure we understood each step of the purchase process. When I called she answered. regardless of the time of day. I think all to often home buyers are looked at with a $ sign on there head. I can speak from experience, that was not the case in dealing with Tara and Champion Realty. Our closing was done during the Covid-19 Pandemic, closings are confusing as is, however, Tara waited outside for us with a gift bag and card in hand. she made sure we were comfortable and then celebrated the purchase of our home. I felt valued as a client, and that can be hard to find these days.

I wouldn’t recommend. Go with a different place or sell it your self. We had a bunch of problems with them. We asked them to verbally tell potential buyers about the recent updates that we did and they didn’t. Our renters or us were not always informed their was a showing. I had one realtor come up to me and ask where the key box was, to me these realtors should know all this stuff before coming to the house. One of their realtors forgot to get our earnest money and found out that realtor wasn’t able to get ahold of our buyer for weeks and we closed in one week. The best thing they ever did was void our contract with them. But the nightmare didn’t end there, we got threatening text from our realtor we used from Champion saying she was going to sue us for stealing her clients which wasn’t even the case. Just to note if you try to reach out to a lawyer in regards to Champion, no one will work with you because it’s conflict of interest. Apparently all the real estate lawyers in the area works with Champion.
