John is an amazing loan officer. He was very helpful and understanding of our situation. He guided us during all the roadblocks we had faced to make our loan process faster and easier. Because of his assistance and guidance we were able to close on our loan process earlier than the deadline. He is reachable at any time of the day. He responds to text or call in timely manner and responds immediately or gets on a call to explain any questions we might have during the entire process. I was so amazed. I bought my previous house three years ago and it took them forever to get anything done on my loan. I went to change mortgage with Angela Parrish and her team and got prequalified.
