Worst location ever. For both Chase Customers and EV charging. Not enough parking for both and Chase G customers don't care the will block every single charging station:-( Update. this place really needs a security guard outside Like 3rd world C 🙁 It just attracts bad people. Drivers run you over or do whatever the want, this guy had to block handicapped place ....

Edit 6/14/2024: still one star, 4 employees, working with 2 clients. Not sure if it’s because all the bankers are glass room workers but there isn’t even a sign in sheet, wasn’t even checked in with other than “we’ll be right with you” and at one point one client had 2 bankers working on his case. I understand that some cases are complex, but to not even check in with other clients is rude and unprofessional.

2023: The 24 hour indoor atm doesn’t work. The door remains locked whether you insert your card or tap it.

This bank is trash. They haven't been able to cash my work check the day of so I've had to deposit it Friday to get it Sat. Just deposited it yesterday and come to get my money Sat morning and they only wanna give me $100. Saying it's because there's a holiday Monday I can't get my money till Tuesday. Same work check I've been depositing. So now I don't get my check till after Christmas. Thanks allot for holding "my" money! Never had this issue with Wells Fargo. They could of at least gave me half my check. I'll be closing out my account. What good is ah bank that can't cash a $1200 check? Bunk 🗑️

The easiest way I can put it I went to the ATM didn't have bit of issues and handle my business right in there got a receipt the money posted to my account immediately before 11:00 p.m. and I was able to do what I needed to do with it afterwards. I like Chase Bank very much. Mr. Sprinkle

Really filthy ATMs. Talked to a clerk about how often they are cleaned and they claimed a third party cleans them and they’re not sure how often.

Tang was the banker who helped me. I had an issue from 2017 and she went above and beyond for me calling chase to get everything corrected. I was provided incorrect information from the Lake Elsinore branch but Tang went above and beyond and got everything fixed. She deserves a raise honestly or a promotion. Great employee who really likes her job.
