I called to make sure they would cash my check and they said they would so I drove 30 minutes one way.

When I arrived they would not cash my payroll check that was written by my boss. Absolute waste of my time.

Shante has always been very helpful and nice at this location. Melody, on the other hand, is very rude and threatening. She told me she was going to kick me out of the line and out of the store because I wasn’t smiling. It was ridiculous considering the fact that I was standing in line quietly minding my business smh.

Ashley makes it a terrible experience everytime i go in to get a loan. Any other person or Checksmart I go to I never have any issues but for the past 4 Years everytime I get her she does the same thing. I pay my loans on time and meet all criteria . Making others miserable must really make her day
