If you love overdraft fees out the whoo bank with these guys!! They will do what they can to overdraft you beyond belief. 5 dollar account draft fee to take money from 1 account to another, and then charge another 38 on top of that. They fight you tooth and nail to get them removed . Just think it's sick to almost charge someone $50 in overdrafts. Plus the atms don't EVER take money to be deposited so you can avoid these situations (which I tried doing yesterday before this happened). Do urself a favor avoid this bank at all costs. I am switching banks this friday.

This credit union is the worst!!! Racist, create scary and aggressive work environment, doesn’t not care about employees or their mental health! My friend totaled his car and was too scared to call in the next dayand went into work with the fear of being fired. He worked through the pain. They also loose money daily. How does that happen!?!? You purpose in life Is to hold and help secure peoples money! How are you doing that if you are giving away too much money or loosing it!?!

I lost my wallet with debit card in it over two weeks ago.... I called to see where it was! Oh they didn’t order a new one when I told the lady to order it two weeks ago! Yeah now I get to go a whole month with no debit card cuz of her! As soon as hubby has time off work we are going to a different bank!!! Oh not to mention this is the second time we had this happen. First time hubby went into bank and ordered a new card cuz his was breaking (oh guess what they never ordered him one either). Shocking they never can do their job right!!!

Never had a late payment on anything since ive established credit. I own a construction company and have tons of cars and credit card payments never been late. They send my morher in law a notice and not me that the payment was late and not paid. I will be reporting this horrible credit union!!!

I would suggest using another financial institution. I had to withdraw all funds from there yesterday and close my accounts after a debit card was compromised. ChiphoneFCU will try to make you get all of your money back from all the places your card was used before putting it back into your account. No other bank does this. Oh and the five dollars that they require you to put in the savings account, you never wanted, they’ll keep that too. Bottom line, your money is really not safe here. And they would rather have you close an account than really help you if your identity is stolen.

Always very friendly.. only negative is that I just found out that they only report my credit to the transunion bureau! Went to get a mortgage loan and I only had one credit score! Wish I would've known this two years ago before I recieved my auto loan three them
