The employees are very friendly but that's not enough for me. 1. I cancelled a vehicle it was never removed, so a year later they gave me like $25.00 refund 2. The cost of my insurance went up after my daughter had a fender bender so I asked them to find me a better price, never heard back from them. So I found my own cheaper insurance and cancelled but the insurance company Grange is still taking our money 3 weeks later. Never going back to Grange or Choice

I've been with Choice Insurance going on 2 years and have always have gotten good service. Amy is the best.. very professional always explains everything and if something comes up she will call or email or both to let me know...best insurance people ever, and you never get an automated call... always real people 👍.. thanks Amy and Choice Insurance.
