You will NOT find a better PM in the Mishwaka-South Bend area than Jackie. I cannot stress this enough. I had a previous bad PM that degraded my property and Jackie turned it around in 2 months. She was then able to manage and sell the property for me at the best dollar it could get, while being upfront and transparent. Choose Jackie!

I highly recommend CPM to manage your property. Jackie Stevenson and her staff managed my four-plex for almost two years and they have done a great job. Always on top of any issues that arose and quick to respond to tenants’ needs. As a property owner who is out of state, I felt that my property was in good hands.

I would definitely use CPM again for any of my future properties!

Please use diligence and check other review sites, B.B.B., call the local building inspector, check with tenants, search the owner ...

It's your money, time, life ...

Horrible, miserable, expensive experience.

This company represents itself WAY differently than it actually operates.

I don't leave reviews but in this case I felt it was a moral obligation.

Jackie and her team have been managing our investment properties for over 3 years now. She is very responsive and professional. She is also one of a few property managers in town who has a CPM, which is a well-regarded property management certification from the National Association of Realtors.
