We were so lucky to work with Christian for our mortgage! At the end of the day, you want to find someone who's going to give you the lowest rate. We definitely shopped around, talked with several different brokers, and Christian offered the lowest rate. He was also extremely responsive, which is the other important thing - you want someone who is going to help you put your offer in quickly, and close quickly so that your offer is competitive. Christian was ALWAYS available and got things done VERY efficiently so we never had to worry about timing of the appraisal or loan funding. Christian also offered very helpful insight and advice on the whole process of buying a home, which we appreciated very much as first time homeowners. He is SMART and we trusted his opinion all the way through this process. HIGHLY recommend.
