This review is for Jose and his wonderful team. We are beyond thankful that we had the pleasure of working with Jose and his team. He was able to provide and explain to us the steps that we needed to get done for the process of buying a home, he was able to translate everything to my Spanish-speaking parents any question that we had he would answer the call and or get back to us. Thank you for always assuring us that if we needed anything not to hesitate to call.

They have high professionalism and are extremely friendly and meeting their clients needs and providing the best service possible is indeed noticeable from day one. They are willingly available and are quick to answer phone calls, emails, text messages etc. To address any questions or concerns. Jose was always available to answer all of our questions and was not hesitant to take my calls when I happened to call after hours/during times he was actually out of the office without me knowing. As first time home buyers, we were clueless on the process and Jose did an awesome job at explaining everything to us. The Vallejo team offered us a pre-approval and approval loan in such a timely manner that I till this day find hard to believe how fast the process was. They will truly take the time to explain everything and will ensure you are offered the best offer possible. I am a happy first time home owner now and will definitely be returning to the Vallejo team in the future for other purchase loans.

First, let me say that the Vallejo Team were the best lenders I have ever came across. Jose, himself if always there for you, no matter what time, weekend, advice, anything. He will always return your texts and phone calls. Sandra was very respectful and on top of her game. Miriam was always so sweet and easy to send her documents needed.
