I recently had the pleasure of working with Cisneros Brothers Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was exceptional. The technician they sent out, Alex, was fantastic. He was kind, courteous, and professional, arriving on time and wearing protective boot covers throughout the visit, which showed great respect for our home.

Before Alex arrived, I received a thoughtful message from the company introducing him, which immediately put me at ease. Alex was straightforward and honest, explaining exactly what needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary services or products. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Their restoration specialist, Angel, was just as impressive. I also received a message introducing Angel before his visit, which was another thoughtful touch. Angel took the time to thoroughly explain what we needed to address our water damage issues and worked with us to come up with the right solution. His patience, professionalism, and ability to make a stressful situation manageable were invaluable.

Both Alex and Angel exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent service. I truly felt like they had our best interests in mind. Our household got evacuated during the Bridge fire to Hesperia Lake park, and Cisneros came and pumped my sister’s black tank!! I asked how much it was, and as soon as they knew we were evacuated, he refused to charge us.

Both Guillermo and Daniel worked their butts off to complete my job as quickly as possible. They were professional and worked non stop through a few hiccups that were out of their control. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen for all of your plumbing needs.

Update 1/11/25: Regulator copper pipe they replaced developed a leak 3 weeks later. They responded to fix the leak and sent Ryan out within an hour of calling on Saturday. Excellent customer service standing behind their work.

We were evacuated from the bridge fire a week ago, and definitely had used our fifth wheels restroom about as much as the restrooms here at hesperia lake.

Cisneros bros came through today and pumped many of the motor homes and fifth wheels here today, and helped us out tremendously, as a service to us for free. The kindnest they showed today is unmatched. Their professionalism and speed were amazing. Best in the desert couldnt be more deserved. Thank you.

Today techs Shane and Eli were at my house for restoration and they did fantastic work and really treated me and my home with respect. I can't say enough good things about them. Cisneros Bros plumbing is our family’s plumber!

Tl;DR: We are very satisfied with the speed, quality, and care shown in repiping our entire house.

We moved into our home in 2019, and immediately discovered that our pipes were in rough shape. Our home was built in the late 1950s, and it was clear that the pipes were on their last legs. The main line was damaged by roots and age, and the pipes in the home clogged. Cisneros came out every six months or so to snake our lines, and unclog a sink or two. In February of 2024: it became clear that it was time to repipe our home.

In the span of 3.5 weeks; they had replaced our sewer lines and water in lines. Joseph Garcia was our project manager, and kept us well informed. Victor Bustos was his supervisor, and also communicated well with us. We established a text chain to be able to make decisions quickly, and get updates on our project status.

Cisneros Bros provided the abatement, demo, and installation services. We purchased our own tile, and Cisneros helped us purchase and pick up a few of the fixtures.

Speed: when we started, we were warned that this work could take a month or so; Joseph and Victor ensured that there were ample crew members on site so that the project could speed along. Victor would make runs to plumbing supply stores to pick up fixtures as soon as they arrived. Cisneros Bros had a relationship with my town’s permitting and inspection team - and ensured that we never had to wait beyond a day to get the permits and inspections completed.

Quality: it’s clear that Cisneros Bros pays attention to details. The crew had piped up a rain shower and wand setup in our master bath - and noticed that it was slightly off center to the drain in the tub. Instead of letting it go: they took the time to re-pipe the setup to ensure we got a great result. Their contracting partners they used to tile, drywall, and demo were great. They kept a tidy workspace, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated when they would be on site.

Care: Our family had to temporarily move out of house as this work was being done. They made sure someone was always on site to watch over the house. Joseph led daily start of work and end of work walkthroughs - to make sure we were aware of progress. Even my father in law, owner of many residential and commercial properties, was impressed with the care and speed at which they worked.

The work provided comes with a multi-year warranty, and we are confident that our pipes are ready for the next 100 years. Thank you Cisneros Bros Plumbing!

We've used Cisneros a total of 3x, one of which was a pretty big job. One major thing that stuck out to me about them is that their communication is exceptional. From the time you make your appointment, they are in contact with you every step of the way. They even send a picture of the tech that is being sent out (for your safety). Anthony has been our tech every time and he's extremely polite and courteous. Shout out to Anthony!
Anyway, jobs are always explained in detail and are done quickly and efficiently. For being a big company, they do take care of their customers.

I had a leak that soaked my bathroom floor. Angel has been very helpful, professional, and informative in the process. He helped me with submitting a claim with insurance and scheduling everything ASAP to get the job done. He’s very resourceful as far as recommending contractors etc. This is the second time I’ve used Cisneros Brothers. Highly recommend!
