Would not open an account because I was not a business even though their customer service center said I could. Their other branches allow you to open non business accounts. They need to get their website updated to reflect that and train their customer service center. Unable to call branch to inquire which leads to people driving long distances and being disappointed. Will not be recommending them to friends who have businesses in the Tahoe area.
