I really like this branch. I used to hate it. There are 2 people I deal with mainly. They are always so helpful. I wish I could remember their names. But a BIG KUDOS out for the young tall blonde male. He is eloquent and mannered. Thanks!

I've been going through a lot in my personal life, health-wise and just living. This branch has been my rock throughout it with nothing but grace and forgiveness. I have a loan through them. There's no statements sent, e-statements available, or even online account information for the status of the loan. I have no way of properly tracking the current balance of my loan other than contacting them directly. It's 2024. What kind of bank doesn't make statements, e-statements, or an online balance available? How am I supposed to know everything is accurate if it's all hidden from me?

I was very pleased with the way they are handling fraud cases. I'm just waiting for their results. They have been very helpful. I like going to to the main branch because of all workers friendliness and they are ready to help their customers as soon as you walk through the door.
