David rented me an apartment in Hammond that he knew was not ready. Had no heat or hot water. Along with many other major issues. David will not return and phone calls, emails or my money.

Times are hard. The housing market is trash. This is still not an excuse to try to rob people!! Slumlord puts it nicely. Stay far away! Run in the opposite direction! Women especially, he seems to prefer to take advantage of them! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!! Cladco won’t be around for long seems like he’s already going broke which would explain why he’s trying to intimidate people into giving him money! JUST RUN!

BEWARE!! -5 stars if I could. And I NEVER leave bad reviewers! I love leaving good reviews!! HOWEVER This man is a crook!! He will steal your money, fabricate evidence against you, and then take you to court and sue you!!! Don’t do it!!! There’s better places to rent!! I promise!
