One thing I can ALWAYS say is I am well taken care of when I call State Farm. But today Sergio really did his thing! He not only answered my concerns about the increase but looked up different ways he can still help me save without compromising my current coverage. I am a question asker and he was able to answer them all. But please do not take my word call him and you will see!

Lexi is the BEST!! Always responds and understand needing to get stuff done! She is always willing to text/schedule a call to meet your needs. Since ive been working with her she has helped me with seperate vehicles, walked me through an entire glass repair WITH ZERO HASSLE UNLIKE PROGRESSIVE, home owners insurance for my first house, drive safe and save, replacing a vehicle with a brand new one i bought on my policy. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend working with Lexi, but the whole team is great as well! 10/10.
