Really didn’t even want to give them one star! The wait time is horrible! Not to mention how nasty that place is like they never clean it the bathrooms so terrible. They only want to pass who they want up front and don’t care about the ones who been sitting there for hours!!!! I’ve been sitting here since 5pm and it’s about 1am and still havn’t been called and there’s nobody hardly here!!!

this place is ridiculous. i have went to the ER at least 3 times for severe back pain they do CT scans every single time and nothing ever shows. today i went in because it’s going on 3 days with severe lower back i was in the ER for over 6 hours. i could’ve been dead and they would have never known. the only staff that was nice was the women that took me to get a CT scan bless her heart she was a sweetheart. everyone other nurse was rude. whatever you do if you can avoid coffee county hospital avoid it. my father has been in the hospital since yesterday 8 am and they still do not know what is wrong with him. while waiting in the ER they ordered pizzas. there were people scattered in the hallways. CRMC does not care about you or your health all they want is that paycheck.

My daughter was in a severe roll over accident. She had a severe concussion and minor broken bones. The DR have a referral to see several specialists, but not a plastic surgeon. So my daughter was completely unable to receive follow up care. The nurse refused to give her a Drs note even though the DR stated she needed to be out of work for several days while she recovered. The aftercare paperwork started if you have issues receiving follow-up care to contact the ER. Well the nurse maning the phone for the ER was rude refused to help us with the follow-up care because and I quote "we don't give referrals and it's not my fault your daughter is on Medicaid". When I asked her what the hell we were supposed to do then, she responded with you won't talk to me like that, and if you want better care than your daughter needs better insurance.

The Drs are actually pretty good here however the nurses are on some extreme power trip and refuse to actually help the patients. If you come into this ER in pain, do not get upset or cry out in pain, they will remove you from the hospital and refuse to treat you. What kind of hospital does this Do not come to this hospital of you have Medicaid or any kind of lower "status" insurance. It these nurses will treat you worse than garbage off the bottom of their shoes.

The nurses were very polite and did what they could, however the doctors only made things difficult every step of the way and only cared for stabilization instead of fixing the problem. Came in and needed surgery but only got blood transfusions to get stable and sent me on my way. It seemed like they just wanted easy shifts instead of being doctors to actually help solve the problem, would recommend going somewhere else if you are able to! It’s a shame that you could get taken better care of in a prison than at the hospital.

I would never recommend this hospital for anyone much less my 82 year old mother. She was made to wait for an extended period after receiving a colonoscopy. For 2 days prior She could have no food. She had no water for 12 hours. Afterwards they decided to do more test yet extending that time for God knows how long. The nurses have absolutely no compassion.

Why is Stan Sinclair the one over the hospitalist? I never cared for him as a Dr. but as a person he is a nice person.
He gets into a big hurry to send people home when they aren't ready to go. He had sent me home early when I was having trouble with my lungs. About a week later I was back in the hospital with my lungs again if it wasn't for me asking Dr. Cochan to call my pulmonologist Dr. BHIVDIP PATEL I probably would have ben sent home again.
We really need a better person over the hospitalist than Stan Sinclair.
And we really need Dr Burlte over the ER.

Not a safe place for diabetics! We arrived at 6:30 PM for gastroparesis treatment and they just now checked sugar (after demanding it) and it’s 2:25 AM! We are currently begging for insulin. This entire hospital is a joke. The staff are rude and show plenty of attitude.

Had an emergency room visit with my elderly mom recently. After a extended wait we saw Dr. Eric Paulk. Can't say enough about how well we were treated by Dr. Paulk and the staff (from the check in clerk to Jessica the er nurse ). Have had good experiences in the past but Dr. Paulk went above and beyond. Took time to research her history and past results to come up with treatment plan. Called me Saturday and Sunday (on his weekend off) to go over lab results and discuss medication. I have never had a ER doctor show so much concern/compassion for a patient he may likely never see again. Not sure what CRMC needs to do to keep him but he is a true assest to the hospital and our community. Thanks again Dr. Eric Paulk!!!
