You will absolutely get the best rates with Mark! When I first started asking around for quotes when buying a home, I went with a lender because of the initially lower closing costs and rates. Mark followed up with me and said he could get me a better rate. And he did! He and his team are super efficient and fast, too! I started on time with the other lender and they still didn't think they could close on time. I started a week late with Mark and we still closed on time! I was skeptical about being able to close so quick with him (and kept stalling and declined his offer), but he called and told me he can close on time and to give him a chance. And he made it happen!
