Jason Valentine has been EXTREMELY helpful for being a first time buyer. I had no clue what a lot of the terms meant but he was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. I told him exactly what i wanted and he showed me houses he knew i would like and stayed away from the ones i wasn’t looking for. We wasted no time and was able to close pretty quickly. After closing he was still helpful after i had called him expressing some frustration. He was able to calm me down and take care of my concerns. Update: Anthony Perez was the most helpful and encouraging agent to have. He was always available to answer my texts, emails, and phone calls, he showed me house after house letting me and my family decide which would be the best fit for us. He was never pushy and he let me make the decisions. He would politely listen as I vented about Counter Offers and home buying issues, then he helped guide me for countering the Counter Offers and navigating the closing process.
