Do not use Coldwell Banker Home Source as a property management company for your rental property. We mistakenly did. They did not look over our property and allowed it to fall into a desperate state. Our once beautiful lawns, trees and bushes were burned up and the front and back yards were literally dirt. It cost us thousands of dollars to restore our property back to a beautiful state. We won small claims judgement(s) against Coldwell Banker Home Source in Victorville and they never paid us.

I provided 2 stars because the intent was good, however the outcome was stressful and terrible. Placed a deposit down for a property...was told to transfer the gas and electric into my name (did that as well)... one week before I was suppose to move my children and I in....they said "the owner sold the property and the new owners may not want tents living there...but may be tenants themselves !!!!(I thought, so NO ONE KNEW THIS PRIOR...YEAH RIGHT)...
They offered my deposit back...I still incurred an $8 electric bill due to a ghost living there
...(or a squatter who knows) I never requested them to pay the bill because it's not worth having any other communication errors with this company!!!!
BE CAREFUL GUYS ......THEY WILL PLAY THE BLAME GAME AND YOU WILL BE THE LAST TO KNOW!!!
