First impressions are everything I first wrote a bad review because it took some time for the banker to get to me but once she got to me she was amazing. She’s called to make sure everything was going well she’s checked on me just an overall amazing experience. I’m glad to be part of the colony family.

We used to really love Colony when John and Cindy were president and vice president. This branch has made a few mistakes on mixing up our accounts and is not taking responsibility for setting up Bill Pay on an account we closed around 2 years ago. This caused our HOA to have a bad check. I've been trying to work on getting this corrected, the correct account set up for Bill Pay, and get the fees for the bounced check covered by Colony since it was their fault. I'm hitting a wall. Now, I am trying to use Zelle to send money to a family member for a vacation rental and her account is being blocked by Colony. I have attempted to call the number the bank gives me but no one ever picks up. I'm afraid we are going to have to transfer banks. We do not live close to a Colony anymore so it's not convenient to drive to one to get it set up. It was also a nightmare trying to get our new address set up along with new debit cards. I did have to travel over 3 hours to get this done. Very disappointed in Colony.

I love Mrs. Teresa Peterman she such a sweet and helpful lady. Work ethic are SUPERB. Her willingness to help and understand is beyond magnificent.
