Today I wanted to open a bank account and after doing my research I found that Comerica was the right fit. I was wrong! I stood in line for 30 minutes with no help from the two people working. Needless to say I walked out disappointed and will do business else where.

One of the best banks I have ever used. Everybody that works here knows me by name. There is never a line and everyone there is always happy to help.I was locked out of my online banking so I called them and one of the girls there named Eunice was more than happy to help. She was very personable and immediately took care of my issues.

I’ve Been with Comerica for a year now and last month around the 15th my card info got stolen and Comerica had to cancel it. That was perfectly fine but I’ve been waiting for a new debit card in the mail for almost over 2 weeks now! Ridiculous and so unprofessional. When I called I was told card services was lacking in their department and that my card wasn’t even send out yet and that I would get a call back the same day regardless of the outcome, surprise, surprise that also never happened. I was told it would take 5-7 business days and Mind you it’s been well over 5-7 business days. I’m over this bank and it’s poor service. I can’t even get my finances in order and priorities paid because of how little card services cares to handle their task. It shouldn’t take this long to send a new debit card. Never again!

For it to be 2022 with the massive advancement in technology, I just do not understand why Comerica has yet to upgrade their ATMs? I can never make a cash deposit at this location via ATM.
